The design story

Apricot + Plum is a nursery shaped by warmth, soft curves and a little woodland wonder. Apricot colour carries across the walls and ceiling, creating an enveloping backdrop for a landscape mural in gentle sepia tones. Its distant trees and open sky bring a quiet sense of depth to the room.

A curved blonde-wood crib and matching dresser give the space its sculptural rhythm. Rounded corners and sphere feet soften their practical forms, while brushed-brass details add a subtle glow. Cream textiles and a softly bordered rug keep the palette light and tactile.

In the reading corner, a generous plum armchair and ottoman offer a cosy place to settle in. A round Viola marble table brings expressive veining beside the chair, balanced by a brass lamp and a trio of lighter woodland prints.

The layout makes room for the small routines of everyday life: reading close by, changing essentials within easy reach, and useful storage in drawers, baskets and low shelving. Together, the layers create a gentle, characterful room with space to grow.

A sloping ceiling and exposed timber give this nursery its character. Deep teal walls frame a vintage pine chest and a collection of graphic prints, with the crib arranged along the side wall.

An ochre chair and striped ottoman create a welcoming reading corner by the window. A large graphic rug connects the colours, while woven storage, wooden toys and a low book display make the room feel lived in.

The design story

A layered neutral nursery with an architectural heart. Full-height ivory cabinetry frames a deep window seat, while oak-lined shelves bring warmth, a soft glow and a place for favourite books and little treasures.

Inset doors, delicate mouldings and aged-brass hardware give the millwork a tailored feel. A changing surface and generous drawer storage keep daily essentials close, with closed cupboards to carry the room into its next chapter.

A sepia woodland mural brings a little wonder to the oak crib wall. Linen drapery, a softly bordered wool rug and sculptural bouclé seating build richness through texture, while a pleated pendant draws the room together.

The result is calm and expressive: a nursery that feels considered from its cabinetry to its smallest detail.
