We design your room using the measurements, photographs and information you provide, with consultations held remotely. You receive the design plan and shopping guidance, then purchase the pieces and arrange the room’s setup yourself. No in-person site visit is included.

A completed questionnaire, clear photographs of the room, room measurements, your furnishing budget and any pieces you want to keep. The measurement/photo guide helps you gather the information before your kickoff consultation.

Yes—tell us about it at the beginning and include photographs and dimensions. Existing pieces can inform the design, subject to their suitability and fit. The plan does not certify the condition or safety of existing furniture.

No. $1,495 CAD plus applicable tax is the design fee for one existing room. Furniture, finishes, accessories, shipping, installation and construction are separate. You buy directly from the retailers and arrange delivery and installation.

The full design fee of $1,495 CAD plus applicable tax is payable after you accept the service agreement and before design work starts. Your invoice states the applicable tax, total and payment method. There is no design-fee balance due at final handoff. Additional revision rounds are accepted and paid for before that work begins.

Each distinct product or variant counts once; multiple quantities of the same item count as one selection. A paint colour or wallpaper is one selection. The allowance covers furniture, lighting, rugs, ready-made window treatments, paint, an optional wallpaper feature and finishing décor. Replacement choices do not increase the final 20-selection allowance.

During active design, we find a comparable replacement without using a preference revision round. We check links, chosen variants, prices and availability within two business days before final issue and raise material price changes with you before handoff.

After delivery, the included 14-calendar-day support period covers one consolidated update for up to three newly unavailable selections. Retailer prices and stock can change; the shopping list records the information checked, rather than reserving stock or fixing a price.

One consolidated feedback submission followed by one revised design issue. Each round includes up to five selection changes, one replacement recommendation per changed item and one refinement of the existing layout, within the agreed room, style, functions and budget. A change of size, colour or finish counts as a selection change. We confirm your list before starting and count a round only when the revised design is issued.

Two rounds are included. Unused rounds remain available until 14 calendar days after final delivery and cannot transfer to another room. Additional rounds cost $195 CAD plus applicable tax, with the scope, total fee and delivery date accepted in writing and payment received before work begins. Later changes within the original scope use the same additional-round fee, subject to scheduling.

Clarification questions, corrections to our errors and corrections to departures from the agreed brief are free and do not use a round. A new room or a complete change of brief requires a separate assessment and agreement.

Yes. Your package includes two 3D rendered views of the same nursery, alongside your design board and scaled 2D furniture layout. They help you picture the room’s colours, furniture and overall feel. The measured plan and product schedule guide purchasing and placement; rendered colours and details can vary.

Allow about 4–5 weeks for the design process when both revision rounds are used and feedback is timely. We confirm your actual dates in writing. The design clock starts after payment, the kickoff call, receipt of usable measurements, photographs and questionnaire, and your written confirmation of the brief.

The first complete design is normally issued within 10 business days of readiness. Please return feedback within three business days; each revision is issued within five business days of complete agreed feedback. Final delivery follows within two business days of written approval, subject to resolved selections. Business days exclude weekends and Ontario statutory holidays.

If feedback is delayed, we send a reminder after five business days and may pause the project after ten, without a pause or restart fee. We agree a revised schedule when you return. Product delivery and installation happen separately; we cannot guarantee a finished room by a baby’s arrival date.

You receive a final PDF design guide, an editable shopping list and room setup guidance. Your handoff email states the closing date for 14 calendar days of email clarification and any remaining included revision rounds. We aim to answer clarification questions within two business days.

During that period, one consolidated availability update for up to three newly unavailable selections is included, within the agreed style, function and budget. Further sourcing or preference changes use a remaining included round or an agreed paid round. Corrections to our own work remain free after the support period.

Our current service is focused on nurseries. Children’s bedroom design is not currently offered as a separate package.

Yes—built-in storage, a window seat or other custom cabinetry can be incorporated into your nursery’s design direction when your budget allows. Custom cabinetry design is included in the $1,495 CAD nursery package, including the layout, finishes and design drawings needed to communicate the cabinetry to your cabinetmaker, within the agreed room brief.

Manufacturing and installation are separate costs. Your cabinetmaker verifies site measurements, prepares fabrication drawings and handles construction and installation. Nursery furniture plans and rendered views are not fabrication or installation drawings.

This package is for furnishing and decorating an existing room. Custom cabinetry design and design drawings are included in the $1,495 CAD package when suited to your room and budget. The nursery package does not include construction drawings, structural changes, trade coordination or installation; your contractor or cabinetmaker handles that work.
